Prof. Cornelia Lee-Thedieck is organizing the symposium “Engineering Bone Marrow and Immune Organs: From Models to Clinical Translation,” which is part of TERMIS EU 2026. Together with Dr. Hannah Donnelly, a platform will be created to present and discuss the latest developments in modeling immune system organs such as bone marrow, lymph nodes, and spleen.
Scientists whose research focuses on
- modeling immune system organs in health and disease
- investigating stem cell or immune cell niches
- material-dependent regulation of stem cells or immune cells
- ranslational application of immune system organ models for e.g. drug screening or cell therapy
are invited to submit their abstracts by November 13, 2025.
