The “Matrix Evolution” network of female scientists from Leibniz University Hannover and Hannover Medical School (MHH) is being funded by the Ministry of Science and Culture of Lower Saxony with around 1.5 million euros.
The Institute of Cell Biology and Biophysics is coordinating the project and is involved with the sub-projects MatrixNische by Prof. Dr. Cornelia Lee-Thedieck and MatrixModel by Prof. Dr. Sophia Rudorf.
